By accessing and using the website https://angadevents.com/ (“Site”), or engaging with Angad Events (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for event management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. Services
Angad Events offers comprehensive event planning and management services across India, including (but not limited to) corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings. The exact scope of services will be defined in a separate, written Service Agreement or Contract executed between Angad Events and the client. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of the Service Agreement shall prevail over these T&C.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All price quotes provided by Angad Events are non-binding estimates based on the initial scope of work.
- Final pricing is confirmed upon the signing of the Service Agreement and may be subject to change based on modifications, additions, or unforeseen circumstances as mutually agreed upon.
4. Payment Terms (General)
- A non-refundable booking fee or advance payment is typically required to secure event dates and initiate planning services. The exact percentage will be specified in the Service Agreement.
- Payment milestones will be clearly outlined in the Service Agreement (e.g., intermediate payments, final balance).
- Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in the suspension or termination of services, as per the Service Agreement.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees or forfeiture of advance payments, will be strictly governed by the specific terms and conditions detailed in the signed Service Agreement. General booking fees are typically non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Site, including all designs, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Angad Events and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Angad Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
- The conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
- Any issues arising outside the direct control and specified scope of service delivery.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
